  • As promised - Artemis pics

She's a clone of her mother, except she's far more feminine than her mother (that's not saying much since Kiri looks like a boy).

She's deceptive, lies, and likes to play with her food, just like her mother. The only difference is that Artemis prances when she walks and is a huge kisser.

Artemis is about 9 months old now and is filling out nicely, even though she's still in the "puppy uglies" stage.

We also had Otis, a 16 week old puppy we boarded. He's a grandson of Artemis' father. So, we had two of Little Man's children (Artemis and Gallon) as well as his grandson (Otis). He produces great puppies.

    Artemis playing with Otis:

Did I say she's a clone of her mother?

I can only assume she's not allowed on the furniture with her owner - it took her a while to figure out the whole "couch" thing.

Just like her mother - she loves to run and run and run, then roll around in the grass, then run some more.

She is growing up very nicely.

On guard to "protect" us from the people in the community behind us.

Otis was a sweetheart and a cutie, too.

Puppies! (note: I would call the biggest, wildest, meanest wolf alive a puppy)
How was I supposed to know someone was slipping you Birth Control in the food I've been making for you lately?

Oh good lord! That is a gorgeous pooch. Don't get too close with her, I WILL steal her.

She is gorgeous but WHAT A PAIN IN THE REAR!!!

Asking to go out often - only to run around (like her mother). Other times she gets too distracted to do her business only to wait until we get back in to do it.

She LOVES to play with her food - as opposed to eating it (just like her mother). Spilling her bowl in her crate only to "swish" it all around with her nose (hoarding). Once I even had it all cleaned up and back in the bowl and what does she decide to do? JUMP ON THE DAMN BOWL while I was still holding it.

"Boxing" with the other dogs even if they don't want to play.

She's great and I do love her but WHAT A PAIN!!

Hehe, Pablo played with his food, too. He'd drop a piece (or a few) in his bed, then "dig" it back out. It was the funniest thing to watch.

That last pic is too funny. Goofy-lookin' boy

I had to bring her back to her co-owner's tonight.
