I think its official, I have pulled my left thigh muscle. Been hurting for over a week, if I walk on it for a while (an hour). Okay, I guess I mean I can go on my lunch walks or afterwork hikes....fine......but in less than a month I'm supposed to be on the summit of Mt Washington, and I need to still train.
