I didn't want pink for Daughter either until I realized, after she was born, WHY pretty much everything for little girls is pink -- so people won't ask "Is it a boy or a girl?" I HATED my children being called "it"!

And to mono: just pass the pink along to someone with girls or take it to a consignment shop and earn money off it. Either way, it'll go to use somewhere.
