I need to rant. Feel free to ignore this thread...
After a not-so-restful sleep I got up early today to attend the first day of my Production Design class. Got ready in plenty of time (I woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep) and had my coffee and breakfast.
Went out to put my stuff in the truck and noticed that my parking space was empty. My truck is never parked there, but instead, I've been keeping my scooter there, so I can lock it to the post.
I go over and check, and sure enough, there is no sign of it. The cable lock is gone as well as the scooter.
Some Mother-Fucking lowlife, Asswipe, sewer scum stole my Scooter. I've been riding it to and from work only a little, but had planned to do so more often before the colder weather starts up and it has to go into storage.
I dealt with the Police who took a report on it and said the VIN would be placed in the computer systems as a stolen vehicle, but since these are not even registered with the city or state for licensing purposes, unless whoever stole it tries to sell it AND the buyer runs the VIN, I find it doubtful it'll be flagged and picked up.
