Congrats!!! I just took posession of my first house (condo) last Wednesday. It is an unbelievable feeling.

I'm getting the tax credit with next year's filing and we're going to use it to put in solar. I'm very excited about that as well
Anyway, pictures! It's a three bedroom, two and a half bath, only nine years old. Two car garage with a one and a half car door (dunno how THAT makes sense *ROFL*) In a very small rural town (0 down USDA loan FTW!). Quiet, less than half an hour drive to fishing lakes and the mountain pass, photo ops for the aspiring nature photographer (bow) abound.
