I'm starting to wonder now. It says that only 26 people received my cards. However, I sent them ALL out. Every single person on the card list got sent a card (excluding myself). I hope people are getting them.

BTW, went to Walmart when they started their clearance sales. I got a box of 32 cards. The person I will be moving in with in May got a box of 48. We are pretty much set for next year. I also got a full sheet of Canadian and overseas stamps, so we are pretty much ready for the next time.

It was great doing this. The cards that I received early got to go on my dorm door for a few weeks. People were jealous and in disbelief when I told them that was the tip of the iceberg

OK, I got one of my cards for insufficient postage, 'cause I forgot to put a stamp on it, but the guys at the PO put the return to sender label perfectly across the address, so I can't tell who it's supposed to go to. There're a couple of things I can try to get the address, but I may have to wait until all my cards get delivered to resend it.

Yea, that's what I would do personally. It would be faster, and the lucky recipient will have a laugh I'm sure.

In other news, to answer your question McG you sent your cards out later than most members (not late late, just later) so your internationals might not have made it yet. Even if they have, I think most people have slowed up or stopped their tallying altogether now that we're into the second week of January.

I thought it was looking pretty amazing, too. However, since this is my first year participating, I wasn't sure if it was just my imagination as to how good they were. Glad to hear it wasn't, at least.

If she only put a generic comment (i.e. "Seasons greetings"), opening it up wouldn't tell her who it was intended for.

I'm cleaning for my sister staying over tonight and friends over on Monday - and found two cards in a box that I had brought back from my mom's after Thanksgiving! The cards came here, they must have ended up in it somehow when I was bringing things in. So Calulu and worddork - the receipt has finally been tallied. LOL
