"Taking the Long Way Around" - The Dixie Chicks

      It's scarily accurate.

        I have a few.

        "Reflection" from Mulan

"Just Around the Riverbend" from Pocahantas

"Forever Young" by Rod Stewart just recently, since graduation, turning 18, and going off to college.

The Friends theme for Munchkin and me.

I am trying to think of a song about overcoming hardships in life and using that to succeed. I dunno. Help?

ETA: A talk with my dad a few days ago made this a theme song for me "My Little Girl" by Tim McGraw. Warning: It might make you cry. It makes me teary eyed.

I can also kind of see Johnny Moon for him, also by Heart.
I am drawing a blank on that song. I am guessing it is from Passionworks or Private Audition, both of which I am not nearly as familiar with as most of the rest of their body of work.

I'd have to go with Another Brick in the Wall by Pink Floyd

Sometimes I feel unremarkable in life and this song sums that up pretty perfectly
I can see that. For me, though, that same feeling would be summarized by The Who's "Behind Blue Eyes." Or The Doors' "The End."

How about "With a Little Help From My Friends" by The Beatles or Joe Cocker. Also The Who's "Won't Get Fooled Again." "Proud Mary" by CCR or Ike and Tina Turner. "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor.

Just off the top of my head. I'm sure there are more.

Kinda hard to say for me, but most of the time I'll go with this one

Tonight And The Rest Of My Life - Nina Gordon

But as of late, it's more this one:

Better In Time - Leona Lewis

The lyrics sum it up to a T.
Human Resources - the adult version of "I'm telling Mom." - Agent Anthony "Tony" DiNozzo (NCIS)

There's actually a lot of songs I can relate to... but the feeling I have lately is that the most fitting song title - more than the lyrics - is Children of Bodom's Banned From Heaven. Going through a bit of a low period over here as you can imagine; don't particularly want to talk about it.

Yeah, it's from Passionworks. I've mentioned I have a great love for that album.

Have a nice day by Bon Jovi

I also think sometimes this would be a good theme song for Retail Workers due to the chorus XD!

Cello Suite No. 1 in G Major by Bach

No one said it had to be a song with lyrics, right?

Right now I'd have to say "Killing In The Name" by Rage Against The Machine.

Theme song is subject to change whenever the hell Irv feels like it.

If I'm at work, it's usually this one...Limp Bizkit "Break Stuff".

Away from work, it just depends, it's more of a groove than a single song.
