Over this weekend I was on a houseboat trip and unfortunately had to view Hostel and Hostel 2 . Im still grossed out by them. 100% pure gore but then Tarantino directed it.

No, Eli Roth directed Hostel. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0450278/

Nastiest movie I've personally watched? Gotta be the Saw series. Only seen the first the whole way through, but seen bits of 2 and 3. Ugh.

However, I saw a review online for a movie called "Midnight Meat Train," http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0805570/ and it's horror, not gay porno. Had a clip from the movie of a guy getting hit so hard his eyeballs fly out of his skull. Brutal.

i'm really not into horror, so I watch very little of it (except for Vincent Price movies, because Vincent Price rocks my world). Movie that grossed me out the most was Event Horizon.

I am a horror movie fanatic and gory scenes don't bother me. However Wrong Turn was so gross, I couldn't finish watching it.

Yeah the Saw movies were pretty impressively gross. I'm just sociopathic enough not to be bothered, still sane enough to wonder about the writers who thought it all up.

Planet Terror was pretty disgusting. (Robert Rodriguez directed that one, although Tarantino was in it and, I believe, helped Rodriguez with the screenplay.)

I don't squick out too easy, but then, I also don't watch movies that I know will be really gross, like Hostel or Saw.

The Evil Dead is really damned gross, especially towards the end. But Bruce can do no wrong!

See now it depends on what you call a movie. The Saw Series is definitely up there for fictional movies. Turista was another really gross one for me.

But faces of death if I remember was the grossest video I've ever seen.

If that's what I think it is*, I wouldn't include it, since it's basically just special effects demos.

*I believe it was Faces of Death IV that had one death so realistic it was the thing that kicked off the rumour of snuff films.

This depends on your definition of "Gross" VS my definition. Cause I love Gore, and violence...

So I would have to say... hands down the Grossest movie I have seen is "The Hills Have Eyes" I had to get up and leave, could not finish it... those rape scenes were a LOT to gross for me.

...Sick bastards, can't believe they made 2 more....
