So I've had a headache for about 2 days now, otc pills aren't helping at all. I tend to get dizzy when I stand up anyway, but now when the bloodrushes to my head, instead of getting dizzy, I get a short but extremely intense burst of pain in my head. I keep getting a dry sensation in my throat that goes away if I chug enough water, but i've been drinking an average of 64oz of water a day, so it shouldn't be an issue.

I cannot get sick!!!

Yelling something is the best way to ensure the opposite happens!
i.e. Yelling "I cannot die! I AM INVINCIBLE!" means instant death.
