attendace policy once again

so i had 11.5 points on my attendace record and the limit is 12 and you get canned after that. i made 3 sales and got my points down to 8.25. the stupid thing is they give you 14 days after you get those points taken away. i was late 4 min on the 12th day boom back up to 11.5. how do you agree with this system?
