  • Dear sweet Riley

I get you missed me. I know you thought I was eaten by wolves the week I was away.
But for the love of Ceiling Cat...you do not need to be cuddling, kneading, and purring in my lap all the time, lol

Morgan needs cuddle with mommy time as well.

    Cats....gotta love them!

HEHE! That's just like my cat Turtle when I come home from vacation. She doesn't do the kneading (she never has), but she follows me around, and anytime I sit down, she has to be RIGHT THERE next to me.

So long as he doesn't kneed your breasts. Worst second base attempt ever. The part of their paws without fur is scritchy

How was I supposed to know someone was slipping you Birth Control in the food I've been making for you lately?

Damn it, that was supposed to be kneed not need. Fixed now, not that it makes it less perverted to the gutter minded (read: me).

Hehe. Sounds like my cat Beautiful. ((nick name just stuck)) She lives with my mom because she is NOT an apartment cat. But she still loves me to pieces. I went to visit last night and she took up residence on my lap for an hour and a half! And when ever I would try to move she would sink her claws into my leg and look at me like "You are trying to do WHAT exactly?"

              ...I love that cat.

Morgan is as bad.....she not as affectionate, and her mood changes faster than New England weather....so when she does grace you with lap sitting, be honored.....but she is also large, and it hurts after awhile....but you cannot move for fear of Hurricane Morgan

LOL That sounds like my Sally. She's not one to cuddle, and will usually whine if you attempt to pick her up. But, she'll sit on your lap...or attempt to burrow under your blankets while sleeping. Baxter, on the other hand, *loves* getting petted. He goes nuts if I have the bedroom door closed--he'll meow for hours and/or scratch the crap out of the door. Then if I open the door, he'll come in, walk around the bed for a bit, and then go back to the living room

I'm training the kitten to be cuddly and not vicious (like my last cat, which went back to the shelter, thing was the devil), she's just weaning so she tries to suck on your fingers, but this sucking sometimes devolves into vicious biting. So I've started shrieking in pain at her (even if it doesn't hurt) and then hiding my hands.
She still wants attention, so after 5 minutes, she comes back, crawls up to my shoulder and nuzzles my neck and face. She likes putting her paws on my cheeks too. It doesn't seem like she's batting at me, and there are no claws, she just kinda puts her paw there.
Then the kisses start... The bf loves to flip her on her back, rub her tummy and kiss her right on the mouth/nose. She's come to love that and so now when she is being cute, starts bumping her little kitten mouth on your lips. If you make kissy faces she'll keep doing it. Makes my heart melt every time.
