They're nearly here!

My best friend and her husband are moving in with me from PA. They left last Monday to drive cross country (hooking down south to see the grand canyon and friends of theirs in Cali).

They left Pleasanton, CA this morning and should be here tomorrow!! I'm so happy!

Yay! Did you get all your HOA confusion sorted out?

Yeah. My realtor paid my first year's dues. The HOA seems fairly lenient so we decided that we're just going to keep our heads low and deal with it and in two/three years get a bigger place w/o an HOA. Apparently I have no legal recourse but to sue my realtor to begin with and there's no way I'm suing her for something I don't believe is her fault in the slightest so...there ya are.
