  • Is this gonna be forever?

Got my wisdom teeth out a few hours ago, and I am bombed on whatever they gave me. The right side of my face is numb, I'm nauseous, I have a headache, can't eat solid food tonight, can't chew ice for a month (my favorite after-meal activity), and I have to cram gauze in my mouth all night every 45 minutes.

But my dad's going out to get me frozen yogurt.

Aw, hang in there. It gets better.

There was another thread on this topic recently...

LOL... is there a reason this post reminded me of this?

        BTW...
can't chew ice for a month (my favorite after-meal activity)
You do know that can be a sign of iron deficiency, right?

Too tired of living and too tired to end it. What a conundrum.

Its just the first day, it gets better. Just dont overwork your mouth and rest when possible. Keep ahead of your pain, and medicate yourself even if its not terribly painful. Good Luck.

Get some sleep and you'll be fine in the morning. BTDT.
I'm trying to see things from your point of view, but I can't get my head that far up my keister!
