you can get a lock unfreezer from a hardware/auto care store. They cost like $10 and are shaped like a key, you insert them into the lock for a few minutes and they melt the ice in the lock.

What I have done in some situations like that ((Last winter that was HORRIBLE)) warm water and a turkey baster. you can squirt the water into the cracks of the door so it gets to the frozen bits... it takes a bit of time, but normally I have found it works well.

Once you're able to get the door open, apply a liberal amount of WD-40 to the hinges, spray lock de-icer/lubricant into the lock, and get some silicone lubricant to apply to the rubber weather stripping around the doors. Hopefully, that'll prevent things from freezing up again.
