So, we have decided to put an offer in on the place that I like so much! My husband has grown to really like it too so we decided to go for it. We are so excited. I emailed our realtor to set up a date and time to write a contract. We will have an inspection done as soon as we can and hopefully we can negotiate with the owners to have repairs done, or the price lowered accordingly. Wish us luck!

We made an offer last night and the seller responded almost immediately(!). The price is good, the only thing we're a little concerned about is that some of the windows have broken seals that allows condensation to form between the panes. We asked the sellers to replace the seals or otherwise fix the windows before closing and they will not agree to do so since the windows are still structurally sound.
