I can't take city life anymore, it's the same thing everywhere. Find a nice place, have cool neighbors, they move and assholes move in, 3 times now.

Last night did it for me, not only do we have extreme amounts of snow, but where I live has exactly 2 parking spots, one for me, one for the neighbor. Neighbor doesn't drive, but I still make sure none of my company parks in their spot.

Last snow fall I spent a few hours shoveling out my spot, and the neighbor's company keeps taking it. The last time they took it I didn't feel like a confrontation, I just parked down the block and my vehicle was broken into.

I refuse to park anywhere but my spot anymore, I've parked there for over a year and a half, never had a problem till my old neighbors moved back to Puerto Rico and the new ones moved in.

The new neighbors are horrible, loud, rude, and the boy that lives there assaulted my 7 year old daughter. I had already told the landlord I've had it and I'm looking for a new place. After last night's confrontation when I went to the neighbors door and said that the car in my spot needs to move, which resulted in 4 people coming out of the house screaming at me I'm done.

My landlord called offering me another house of theirs (the neighbor went as far as calling the landlord, who told them that there's enough parking for the both of us and they're the ones causing the issue), it's in the city, but I'm done with city life.

Wednesday I'm going to look at a house outside of the city, I know they're showing it today, and I know if it was meant to it'll happen, please just let it happen..

If your current landlord isn't doing anything about the crappy neighbors, then I would steer clear from renting from him again, anyway. Is there something in your lease that states you have one parking spot and that you cannot park in the other park spot? If there is, and if the neighbors got a similar lease, then the landlord should be hitting them with a lease violation which. If your landlord is not keeping up with stuff like this, he's not a good landlord. What about asking to have the neighbor's vehicle towed when they park in your spot?

Regarding the boy who assaulted your daughter, did you talk to the police??

They're horrible landlords, they don't care as long as they're getting the money.. No way am I getting another place of theirs. They only like me because I get tired of waiting for them to fix things and just do it myself.

I was (wrongly) nice about the boy, he came out of his house throwing ice chunks at my daughter (my daughter is a tiny thing), of course hit her, and hurt her. My neighbor had left her 12 year old in charge and left them alone. I didn't call the police only because my worry was that children and youth would have been called in for the kids being home alone. Might not have been a bad thing if they did show up, but I've still got to live here (for now).

Sad thing is tonight when I got home, her 12 year old came out asking if I was OK and apologizing for her mother. At least there's hope for the kid..
