I'm another one for the cremation. That way, your ashes can blow all over the earth. Well, over some of it, anyway.

A friend of mine and I always visit an old pioneer cemetery when I'm in my hometown. If I were to go before her (which isn't likely; something tells me I'm going to be around for a LONG time), I would let her know of my presence by doing something really weird out there. I know she'd love it.

As for a funeral service song, I'd like "Another One Bites The Dust", as well as Monty Python's "Medical Love Song":

I gave my body to science,
But I'm afraid they've turned it down...

Me, I'm donating my body to science fiction.

My Mom wanted her body donated to a medical school. The day she died, (at home, in her own bed) my sister called Fordham University in NY (my family is in NJ) and 4 hours later they were there and picked up my Mom's body. 2 weeks later we received a very kind letter from them letting us know that our Mom's corneas had been donated to 2 different people and that the rest of her body was being used for educational purposes and would be treated with respect and dignity.

That's what I plan for my remains as well.

(unless they can go with my first choice and strap me to the back of Matt Damon!)
