Xbox 360 Game Suggestions

I'm in the market for an Xbox 360 and looking for games to play on it. What do you guys suggest?

I'm a huge fan of role playing games.
I don't care for FPS games, though I did order Bioshock.
I like puzzle games.
Music games (rockband) are awesome too.
I like survivor horror games, though I don't think I need any suggestions on those. My roommate has tons of them.

I'm buying a xbox on Tuesday (yay Final Fantasy Elite version) but my sisters boyfrind has one already so I know a few things.

Buy Chime from the online store thingy. Insanely adictive puzzle game with relaxing music that is partly influanced by the way you play.

Fable 2 (game of the year edtion), nice visuals in this RPG with some fun stuff to do on the side from what I've seen of it. Only out on the xbox as far as I'm aware.

Other then that I'm not real sure.

I'll second Fable 2. Fable 1 was great. The second one is pretty good.

This is actually the first time I've ever seen someone recommend it. (needless to say, I'm not a fan of it, but my experience was with the crappy PC port, so the 360 version might be better)

I will third Fable 2. Marvel Ultimate Alliance has been fun so far. Reminds me of Gauntlet. And thanks for the other suggtestions. I have more stuff to add to my Gamefly list. I love Gamefly. It is like Netflix but for games. Our plan is $25 a month 2 games at a time and you can keep them as long as you like. And you have the option of just keeping them (which is how I got Fable 2).

My favorite RPGs are: Mass Effect 1 & 2 (though I prefer 2), Dragon Age: Origins, Elderscroll: Oblivion, Fallout 3, and I feel like I'm forgetting one.

As for puzzle games, I can't stress enough how awesome Portal is.

I wouldn't recommend Fallout 3, Oblivion or any Bethesda game on a console. Sadly, they are the experts at making games that are more like raw ore then finished products. They always need the mod community to step in and really polish them.

Oblivion especially. I could handle somewhat vanilla Fallout 3 but not Oblivion. It needs at least 3 gig of mods to finish adding everything Bethesda should have done in the first place. >.>

I want to third Dragon Age Origins. If you liked Baldur's Gate, you'll like it.

And yes, Portal is so awesome. I have the Penny Arcade Portal Tshirt. I think you can buy just Portal through XBox Live now, but I bought The Orange Box because I also wanted to play Half Life 2.
