In opening.... WHAT THE FUCK?
So, I live in a flat with two others. As we rent, the owners have hired a property management company.
We've been less than impressed with them so far. It took two years for them to fix the leak we kept telling them about, and personally, I get the impression they don't actually tell the owners everything that we report, fault wise.
We just had a quarterly inspection.
The results as follows....
*The oven warming tray is getting dirty*
- ..... Wow. Thats surprisingly ANAL RETENTIVE.
*The curtain on the sunroom door is showing signs of mould.*
- .... Oh, right, the sun room. The one that had rain leaking straight into the wall then floor. The one that had a 1.5 by .5 metre damp spot on the floor, which is only being fixed TWO YEARS after being brought to your attention. The same room, that has been damp, and a haven for mould, BECAUSE of the damp spot.
*Rooms 1 (other flatmate) and 3 (mine) are (and this is the exact word) - cluttered.*
.... Ummm..... what? So, because I have alot of stuff (and I do. Doublebed, tall shelf unit, chest of drawers, bookshelf, bedside table, plus stuff on them) this is bad? - Theres no damage to walls/floors etc. my living style is not dictated by you, you AR pricks.
Not to mention, they push the "24 hours notice for tradesmen entering the house" requirement (BY LAW) to the limit. Had to get industrial dehumidifiers and fans in, and weren't going to comp us for the increase in power usage. And complained another time, about a room being messy.
In closing, these guys are getting f*cking rediculous, and I will not reccomend or use them myself ever from now on.
