The last time I was in the Ryan street location was monday 4/5/10 around 11:00am. Cannot recall the exact time. I was using my mother's company's fed ex account with permission and until now had not had trouble sending anything to her office. The female employee told me the price and upon me asking why it cost instead of charging it to the account number she said its cash only. I stated I had not had an issue with it before why is it charging me now and again she stated that it was cash only no explanations. I was upset already and instead of taking it out on her decided to just take my packages and leave and did not ask for her name.
During the time she was measuring the 2 boxes I had noticed she did not acknowledge any other customers there as one man had come up. She didn't say hi, or be with you in a minute or anything but did seem to want to rush through my order. As a cashier I was taught that those exact actions are not ok and bad for business.
I know jobs are short of supply and in demand yet why are there so few employees on the clock. The last two times including this past monday when I went in to ship something there was only one or two people working that day.
I don't expect anything beyond better service please.

I hope they don't take offense as I really only want better service and a better explanation that "well its cash only" because until now there was no problem sending it. Mother even said she got the bill and it was way less than she thought. If I am in the wrong I'll take responsibility but this is similar customer service in alot of places I have been. Did I miss something thats caused people to be pissy around my area or what?
