Woohoo bought some pictures. (Images & Teeny Tiny NSFW)

So today I spent a fair bit of money getting some pictures to spice up my place. Knowing me they are, predictably, fantasy-esque women illustrations ones.

One of them is a Witch by someone called Victoria Frances (40cm x 50cm and Framed

Another is this Royo picture (40x50cm)

The third is yet another Frances one (40x50cm)

The fourth of the small ones is yet another Frances picture.

and the final one os yet another Frances one but much bigger, at 60cm x 90cm and it's this one (Whihc I got mostly because it kinda looks like Amy Lee from Evanescence )

I much prefer these over pictures of scantily clad/naked women Who am I kidding, if they had more Royo or even Vallejo ones I'd have snapped them up, scantily clad or not! (I love the art style, just unfortunate that most of them are of scantily clad/naked women since people start making assumptions )

Lovely! We have two Frazetta prints in the living room, The Norseman and The Egyptian Queen. When one of my nephews was over he looked at The Egyptian Queen and said, "Oooooohhh...she's naked." I told him she was not naked, it only seemed that way from a distance, the important bits were covered. I want our son to know the difference between art and porn and I think the best way is to expose him to art at an early age.

Hell, I've seen so many Royo/Vallejo pictures that the fact they are naked don't really occur to me.

Though I am glad that it wasn't the Royo one that was 60x90cm as, well, there are nipples show, at least one, not that i have a problem with that, but at 60x90 it's be rather a shock for anyone who came into my flat

I'm pretty much guaranteed to decorate my place with Fantasy esque stuff, but eh, what can I say, a passion for Fantasy and 12+ Years doing Fantasy Roleplay on the internet is really going to influence my choices

Dont' worry, it gets easier. LOTR models are a pin in the butt because they're much smaller than Fantasy or 40K ones.

I dunno if it worked for you, but buying flat brushes for some reason makes it hella easier to paint, at least for me, dunno why that is.

The pictures themselves were £5 each and £20 for the big one, so £40 in total.
