Sadly, no-one seems to want to do a SoCal meetup, though I know a few people live very close to me.

Don't feel bad. There a lot more people in New Jersey than have ever shown up at a meet. Last time was our biggest group - five of us - and one wasn't even a member of the site (Greenday's friend) and one was from Maryland.
