I don't know. They did build a dance studio in her basement so she can practice at home but that still means she's in the basement so someone else still has to be watching them.I don't go in for ancient wisdom

They keep her on because it gets ratings.
Every one of these "reality" shows has someone that everybody hates on it because people will tune in just to have someone to be angry over.

At least Shannon Dougherty is gone. I despise her. Though Kate Gosselin is moving up to first place in my book.
It's all about the viewer votes. Jerry Springer stuck around way longer than he should have a few seasons ago, just because he's got lots of fans and they actually called in.Make a list of important things to do today.
At the top of your list, put 'eat chocolate'

There's a large group of voters out there who are out to screw with the show by officially voting for the worst dancers.
Remember Jerry Springer?
Remember Steve Wozniak?
By doing this, they hope that the 'casual viewer' will get bored and stop watching, resulting ina big ratings drop.
It's the only thing that makes sense, in my mind.
I hate these shows... mainly because I was pissed when Chris Jericho was voted off FIRST on "Celebrity Duets"! He has a great voice! He has 3 albums, fer cryin' out loud!

This is stupid. It's no different then the wannabe censors that are able to tell you all the "bad" stuff that various shows contain. And how do they do that? By watching those "bad" shows.
If you don't like a show, do what I do. Ignore it. I couldn't give two shits about Dancing With the (Not Exactly) Stars, so I don't bother even thinking about watching it. Ditto American Idol (other than the audition shows, which are always good for laughs).

And yeah, I can't believe Gosselin is still on. I don't really watch, in fact, she's the only one I've seen "dance" this season. If she would give up some control and loosen up, it might be more decent.Comment
