Poor Munchkin

    Poor Munchkin

    At 5:15 pm today, at the vet's office, Munchkin's gerbil, Kairi, passed away from cancer. We had no idea until that very moment. Munchkin detected a bump on Kairi's belly on Wednesday and found out that she had chewed it today. Right when I got home from school, we rushed her to the vet's office, where she died.

    We buried her under her favorite window with a carrot that Munchkin had promised her that she would have after the vet.

    We will miss you little Kairi. You're in a better place. You're not suffering from cancer. You're eating carrots and running around in a ball.

      ... Ouch.

      I know how much Kari matter. Let her know that another random person online say's he sorry that happened after only having her just what, a year?

      At least it was a year of a great life for that animal. She should be proud she gave that much happiness to another being.

            Poor Kairi and Munchkin

            I'm so sorry for the passing of Kairi. It wasn't possible for you to know she was sick until it was too late. She was a lovely fun gerbil who made many people smile.

            Give the Munchkin a hug and skritch your kitty with extra love.

            Kairi will be missed, but she isn't in pain anymore. She was well loved for the short time you had her and will be waiting for all of you!
