Grrr, that is a bit annoying

Maybe 2 weeks ago I ordered some lovely sandals from my beloved REI. They are the Keen Newport H2s.

LOVE them, well wrth the $$...but, but....they just went on sale!!! Very annoying I didn't wait...I might pull a semi-SC and see if there is a price guarentee (if there isn't my loss, and just think of my dividends)

Though, I was a almost SC last week there....I exchanged pants that had a rip (after one use) and since I bough 'em on sale, they wanted me to may the diference for new ones. I was able to do a even exchange ( I was polite, I promise!!) since I did not cause the tear.


grrrr....damn sales.....hmmm....do I need anything else from there??

Actually, if you just take your receipt or order invoice in they should do a price adjustment if you bought the shoes in the last 30 days. As far as I know it is company policy to do so since it has been drilled into my head and I have been telling people about it for the last two weeks.

And I agree with you not paying the difference for the pants, especially if you're just exchanging them for another pair.

That would be too dangerous for me! The nearest one to me is a short walk from my bf's, but I have to drive to get to his place
