and reported my SM to OSHA.
As some of you may already know, my SM has been violating OSHA by denying bathroom breaks and drinks of water because of possible mystery shoppers. How it is even related, I don't know. So after work today, I got the ovaries and submitted a complaint form online. They promptly called me after wards and told me that they will call the store, fax the complaint to my SM so she can post it for all employees to read. They told me that my name will NOT be mentioned and that if for some odd reason they find out and retaliate, then I must get back to them so they can do something about it.
I am very proud of myself for doing this. I did something that other people were afraid to do or were ignorant to the fact that their employee rights were being trampled on. Today, I feel as if I have truly grown up because I took care of this myself, with no help.
