Once again, my three cats and I are over at my mom's house due to the air conditioning in my apartment going out/malfunctioning again. And apparently I am NOT the only one in my building having this issue - I was talking with the church's preschool director this morning (her daughter lives in my building), and it seems that part of the problem is that the air units were originally designed to function as part of a central air unit, but have since been converted into individual ones.
So since they weren't really meant to function that way, this is most likely what's causing the problem........sucks that this had to happen right during the hot part of the year.
