My Mom's cousin worked at a dealership before he died. Got Mom a great deal on both cars. Didn't send cookies, though.

Congrats on your new purchase! I myself am the proud owner of a silver Pontiac G6 as well, but mine's a 2006 model year. It's been a good car, but I must admit there are more squeaks, clunks, and rattles than a car at only 96 000 kilometers (about 60 000 miles) should have. The engine runs smoothly, and its a great highway cruiser, but for your sake (and knowing your car history) I hope that I just got a bit of a lemon.I pray for the strength to change what I can, the inability to change what I can't, and the incapacity to tell the difference -Calvin, Calvin & Hobbes

My parents have a twin car to mine.....theirs has a few thousand more miles on it than mine because they bought it a few months back, but so far so good.
The warranty really is peace of mind. Now, even if something does go wrong, I don't have to pay for it or fend for rides for days on end.You really need to see a neurologist. - WagegothComment
