I cook a lot. This is the results of my latest experiment. It was pretty damn tasty. I just can't remember what, exactly, I did to achieve the results...

and that's not the only thing I've cooked in the last couple of days. I need to stop. I'm running out of room in my fridge for leftovers!!

Your delicious creation reminds me of the egg dish my brother once invented. It was not a very pretty thing, but it looked like it might be yummy. It was DELICIOUS.

mmmmm Pizza

I need to get me some more gluten free pizza bases (to lazy to make my own & they don't freeze well anyway)

The last pizza i made was going to have a base of olive pesto... but when I opened the jar it was a little furry on top

So I ended up using salsa sauce ham & lots of cheese on top....... it was yummy!

Meanwhile here's a pic of a typical lazy persons lunch

Really I'm kidding.. the piggy is still alive & well & eating all the green stuff it can get its teeth into She really enjoyed the salad that was in that bun

You have a Trader Joe's in your area? Expensive, but great for the oddities (indian sauce, gluten free, vegan, etc)

Actually, it's stuffed mushrooms. Portabella mushroom caps, some sort of spinach mixture, topped with bruschetta and mozzarella cheese. I don't remember what I put in the spinach mixture, though.
