Nice dream, would make a great story...

Yesterday I had an awesome dream:
I was an evil dragon trapped in human form with limited powers. The one who shackled me wants me to teach them magic. The kingdom fell into war and slowly I was unleashed to be an engine of destruction.

Problem is, I suck at writing....anyone know what I can do to see this to fruition?

Well, there's always the co-author route

Alternative is to just start writing. Start with a brief scene that you feel is important. A summary almost of the point of the story. If you like it...expand it. If you need to, outline the plot. Throw ideas out there. Bounce them off of somebody. Mostly write and let others read it.
