So, new term started today.
Math class is easy and fun. I like the teacher, and I have two friends from other terms in it, plus the girl that I'm rollercoasting on crush. Likely not date her as I learn more, but other times I want. Stupid of me I know.
Computer Application Class: EASY fucking A. I mean, my god this is so easy class. I even got other friends from last term in here (The amazing awesome older hippy lady, and the lady who lost the baby), and meant a older guy with my fake name. His first term and he liked all the advice I gave him. Teacher is ok, and willing to give you harder and harder work to challenge yourself.
Anatomy and Physiology 1.
I got an A in 2 last term. I got an A in medical terminology. I can so do this class. My first problem at first was that it wasn't with A, the amazing teacher I had for first two terms for medical. But this guy is a real doctor versus A who is a nurse. He also knows what he is doing.
But I always... ALWAYS seem to get a class every fucking term that has students that just have to go fucking crazy.
It started off bad. I was told the wrong room number on my list, but still made it in time. I even correctly guessed what country my teacher was from. (He had the same name as my last manger, so I knew what country it was). He also apprently knew of me from what A told him along with what another teacher told him. I cursed to myself when I saw Crazy Lady in class.
Ahh... Crazy Lady. How I hate her. But I'll get to her in a minute.
First off, the teacher is going over the syllbas and what's expected. One student blurted out if she'll need a folder for all this stuff. The teacher calmly, I swear CALMLY and NICELY (I work at customer service.... I KNOW sarcastic when I hear it). that it was up to her if she wanted it. He can't make her have notes or anything, he doesn't micromanaged. But before he could even finish, right after he said it was up to he-----
STUDENT: OH MY FUCKING GOD! I Just asked a goddamn question and you get freaking snippy!!". She even GROWLED and snorted and went down to reading the packet we gotten when we came in. teacher just moved on with the syabuss.
He was going over very basic, like first grade med school terminology, just to get a feel of where we are. A couple of students and I were answering what they were, other students had blank stare. I later learned they couldn't get what he was saying because of his accent...
(He has such a very faint... like, nonexistant accent. I have no idea how they could have missed what he was saying at all).
We were given packets to work on. A basic overview on terminology and basic anatomy (Main functions of cardiovascular, lymphatic, muscular, skeletonal, etc... Basic stuff really). Teacher was saying we can work together if we want (He encourages it, because if person A knows this, and person B knows this, they can do it real fast). Crazy lady eyes lit up and she looked at me. I ignored her.
I was trying to work on the packet when crazy lady tried to partner up with me. I told her pretty clearly NO. She looked confused.
ME: "yeah... last time I partner with you, you just wanted the answers and wouldn't do work, I'm not doing that again".
Crazy lady shooked and trumbled and grinded her teeth and went to work on her packet.
The students started to shout and woot and talk loudly. teacher had to ask everyone to be quiet TWICE!
While I was working on it, teacher was going around the room to answer any questions. I had a few from minor things I've forgotten. (I always gotten midsaggital and saggietal confused). Once when he went around the room, he looked over my packet and smiled, telling me good job.
Crazy Lady had LOTS of questions to ask. Whatever. You cannot learn if you don't ask questions.
Anyway, class was getting out, and I was asking teacher another question on the chest cavity. Crazy lady waited til teacher left and looked at me all smug.
"SOOOOO, even YOU had to ask a question!"
I blinked. "Yeah.... I asked alot. It's how people learn"
She flared at me. "I asked YOU AND YOU WOULDN'T ANSWER!"
ME: Because I'm not given you the answers. Do your own work'
Her: THAT ONLY HAPPENED A COUPLE OF TIMES!! I WAS HAVING A BAD TIME AND YOU KNEW EVERYTHING!
She then proceeded to PUNCH me in the arm. Totally took me off guard. It didn't hurt.
ME: ..... don't ever do that again.
SHE: You REALLY HURT ME! All I EVER DID WAS BE NICE, and you WON'T EVEN HELP ME! YOUR LIKE THE REST!!!
She then wobbled off.
I talked to the teacher a little more, explained about my hip and possible times I amy leave during class to answer cell because of doctor, and possible pills taken. I then thanked him, I was looking forward to him as a teacher, and sorry about that scene. He said he was looking forward to me as a student, and he'll keep an eye out. He knows of how she is. I said I know too. I've had her twice now.
Crazy lady... is crazy. No matter what you say, she had that and worst. One student was having a housing problem, and she went off on how she let someone stay at her house, and then that person kicked her out and now she has to live in a shelter.
She over heard me once talking to a teacher in private about my hip, and she blurted to me about how 50 percent of people who have hip surgery replacement die. She knows because she barely surivved hers.
She chased me and Hippy Lady into a different class room early last term to brag about her one A (She got by OUR help, and I mean Me, Hippy Lady, Girl with kid, women from Italy, and old man that looks 40 help). she then tried to tell us that three other students were expelled from their bad grades. Which we then remarked that Student A got an A, and was in our next class, Student B is taking Night classes because her shift was moved to day, and Student C moved out of state". She shook her head. Nope. They were expelled. She knows. Whatever.
Even though crazy lady doesn't know about girl that lost her baby, it kinda easy to tell something happened becasue she does leave class to cry sometime, and she obviously lost alot of weight. Well, today I guess, she and crazy lady were getting new schedules, and crazy lady was trying to talk about it to her about it. Girl did NOT want to talk about it and was leaving, when crazy lady blurted out LOUDLY that she knows all about it becasue she lost TWINS before. (Despite earlier in the year claiming her lack of love was worst because she's 56 and still a virgin....)
So yeah. First day. Got punched by crazy lady, and she's right behind me. Greatola.
