So I went to my regular doctor, as my symptoms were continuing. After explaining what was going on, the doctor told me that he wanted to take a pregnancy test.
Let's back track a bit to the time I went to the E.R.
Looking back on my visit, they never told me the results of the pregnancy test. They only told me that I was clear of infections. Before they told me this, they lost my paperwork and had no idea that I had given urine about four hours ago.
Back to the doctor visit.
I took the test and sat there for about ten minutes, just waiting. The doctor finally came in, looked at my results...
It wasn't pregnancy. Thank goodness.
However, he still had no idea why I would feel this way. So, he had blood drawn and prescribed me some meds that he wanted me to see if they worked. He told me that he would call me tomorrow with the blood test results.
The next day, I was over at a friend's house (the same friend that I was afraid that I would make a father) watching a movie and hanging out when the doctor called. Come to find out, I had a viral infection that would clear up within 10-14 days.
I feel better now, since they caught it during the last few days. So, in celebration of the fact that I am not a mommy yet, I've been drinking caffeine up the ying yang ( I cut down my caffeine intake significantly, just to be cautious) and I even started to learn how to fight in my Belegarth group.
Haha viral infection. I win.
