Do female anime characters even get a nosebleed? :confused

I just saw that in a recent anime I watched. I thought it was funny, as, obviously, it is always the male characters. Now I have to re-watch all of last week's animes.

in anime, a nosebleed refers to sexual arousal. It's basically a visual gag that pretty much passes right over the heads of the censors.

The best example of it for a guy hands down, would have to be Kurtz in Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu, when he's trying to perve on the girls at a hot springs resort. normally a guy will faint and nosebleed in the process. Kurtz on the other hand....bleeding freely from the nose and still talking.
