My honey's kitty, Misha, had been very sick.
Suddenly last week, she was walking very wobbly, like she was drunk. Right rear leg was f-d up. No appetite, no thirst, and just lethargic.
Took her to one doc, and got some meds, but she kept getting worse.
She went blind a day or so ago, kept bonking into things and always pointing into corners, instead of looking out like kitties like to do.
Last night we were force feeding her some kitty and baby food, forcing water into her, putting her on a hot pad and keeping her warm with a blanket. It didn't work.
Took her to another vet today, she couldn't stand - ataxia, didnt know front end from back end. Had infection too, and was just in a miserable state. (BF did not want her to goto vet yesterday...grr) Doc said it was something wrong w/ her neuro system - blindness, bad legs, no direction, etc.
She's gone now, and honestly, I'm glad, because she was in such pain and misery and just barely holding on.
Miss Misha, go find that sunbeam and open window. I'll miss you, girl. Rest in peace, and have lots of fishy treats.

You're a good owner and she loved you immensely.
*lots of hugs and cookies* My kitties and I are very sorry for your loss. *offers you one of her kitties to squeeze*
