Today is my and my husband's one year anniversary. It has been a great year. We bought a wonderful house, I kicked ass vending at my first anime convention, and my husband got a part-time job (on top of his regular job) teaching at a tech college, among various other things that have happened. We went out to lunch today at an Indian buffet, the same restaurant we went one year ago, on the day we got married, and later we're probably going to go see The Girl Who Plays With Fire. Otherwise it is a lazy Sunday. Yay for weekends!

We've outlasted one of my cousins as well. Her first marriage was when she was right out of high school to her HS Sweetheart and only lasted maybe 6 or 7 months. She's re-married now (about 15 years later) to a great guy and they've been together...hmm...well, their oldest is 8, I think, so at least that long!
