If I want hot I've got a bottle of Blair's After death sauce, that my niece picked out for me.

Ohhh! Blair's! Now there's a company that knows how to handle heat and make it taste good. I love their stuff. I also find their labels are spot on. If they say hot, I know I'm in for a burn. If they say mild, I know I can chow down as much as I want. It's really nice.

Blair's Pure Death is one of their higher end hot sauces, and has a sweet side to it. Very nice, and goes really well on tacos. If you're a hot sauce fan, I've gotta recommend trying it.

Lupo, for you, I even have something: It's called Cholula. It's actually the single mildest hot sauce out there. I'm not sure that it's even as hot as red pepper flakes. If you can find a Don Pablo's near you, and you like their food, you could try it out there safely. It's really really mild. Has a bit of sweet in it as well, so might work well for you.

For how hot I can (and do) go, I've eaten a Naga Jolokia/Bhut Jolokia. It hurt. A lot. But I made it. Someday, I'll try an actual capsaicin crystal. Still got to work up to that, though.

Ummm, btw, sorry guys. Way too long a post for this thread. Wasn't intentional, you just happened to mention hot sauces, which, next to boobs, are roughly my second favorite thing in the world. Don't worry, I don't mix hot sauces and boobs. I promise.
