A lovely combination of sinus/allergy ick, and my prescription not being able to be filled in time to prevent me getting my period...not that it prevents it anyways. So yeah I'm sick, passed out while excercising this morning, and just able to keep a little food down (only sweet or salty things though)
I was able to watch Fantasia earlier...I think it was because I was handsewing. Then I walked to my neighbors to rethread the sewing machine and now I can't watch TV without feeling super dizzy. Computer's fine for now, because I made the text size big.
I guess I'll turn on music and sew some more until I'm too dizzy/tired to do that then I'll go to bed.

Could be a low iron reading, or a low RBC level, or even just a low blood volume.

Try making sure you're hydrated, and eat something with iron. It's not an immediate solution, but it'll help long-term.

Don't do this right before you're expecting your period! I stop taking my iron pills after I ovulate (along with the obvious red meat and caffeine ones). It's helped so far, I haven't thrown up once since going off the pill this time. Success!

Oh, I'll take it during and afterwards. It's the before that gets me. I don't have the self-control (or bad enough cramps) to actually follow the "healthy woman" diet, but it does a lot of good just part time. Unfortunately I just ovulated, and since Thanksgiving always involves dead animals, and we're doing two different Thanksgiving meals, my next period will be fun. Having not told either side of the family that I'm off the pill makes it difficult to explain why I can't have meat, so I'm just going to have it, and pop a naproxen as SOON as my temperature goes down.
