Please reopen the supply lines. If I wanted this thick, choking heat to continue into the fall indefinitely I would have moved to Vietnam!

I didn't know Canada had any cold air to give us. When it was reaching 40C in Texas I had a couple of Canadian callers telling me it was just as bad there. Not sure where though.

Bring it on. I have A/C again and my car's vent is so powerful I don't even need to turn on the A/C. It gets so cold in there, it's like my nipples are on permanent erect.

I'm more Manchester area, about as far south as you can get & still be in the NW
We were also put on a hosepipe ban about June, its just been released due to all the rain!

It was something like 92 here with very low humidity. It was absolutely glorious. If the weather felt like this every day of the year, I would be ecstatic.

I swear, I want to go out there, lay down on the lawn, and sleep there all night.

After the horrible, heavy, muggy mess we just came through, this was like some kind of reward.
