I wonder if there's any way your dad could get power of attorney over your grandmother, and stop all this BS?

I very much doubt it. Unless it can be proven that she's not fit to make her own decisions (which would be a long process and not end well) there is no law stopping people from making stupid ones like encouraging dead beats.
How was I supposed to know someone was slipping you Birth Control in the food I've been making for you lately?

(Un)Fortunately, Grandma is mentally with it. This is just how she is. She wants to make everyone happy. Grandma would only leave her current apt if you picked her up, threw her in the elevator and then sped off with her in the car. She wants to feel needed I guess? I know she sees what theyre doing, IDK if she cares.

The woman just had a major-ish surgery and she was still trying to cook, clean and wait on those beasts hand and foot like she usually does. My dad has been trying to get her down here to PA from NJ for ages.

Your aunt and cousin both need their asses kicked.
          My aunt I can handle.

Unfortunately, my cousin stands about 6' and 300 lbs... Lol.

Shes SINGLE, makes a decent living as a court clerk, lives in the projects where my grandmother has REDUCED RENT b/c shes a senior. AND only has to PAY one fracking third of the bills b/c her mom lives there with them too. WTF.
OK, I'll bite what exactly does she spend her money on?

*Cousins cell phone that just got disconnected was in Grandmas name
*Cable and house phone that are about to be disconnected are also in grandmas name
*Aunt took out a $1600 payday loan and gave Grandma exactly $0 for bills. But auntie bought lots of new jeans and nice new expensive winter coat...(hope its worth it b/c she most likely be homeless and need it very much by then. )
*Uncle, who is a recovering addict, is the ONLY one who is buying groceries for the house with his foodstamps. Apparently the other two hambeats (cousin and aunt) eat whatevers there or go out to eat if theres no food in the house.
OK, so the uncle is the only one buying food (and very likely only b/c he had no other choice for those funds). Like some of the tatoo'ed, smart-phone wielding, designer-clothing clad loosers (whose returns I've prepped), these hambeats have the funds but not the priorities.
As one finance columnist (I can't recall the name if my life depended on it) quipped:
There is no such thing as lending money to family members--only giving.

If you and/or the other functional relatives want to really help--give the actual item--or gift cards or certs (yes some utilities offer these).
I'm trying to see things from your point of view, but I can't get my head that far up my keister!

Judging from the OP and the other referenced post, needless shit. Fancy clothes, gambling, probably a few shiny electronic geegaws, stuff like that.

Your guess is as good as mine. My guess, however, is alcohol and men...She has a habit of falling for the same type of broke ass man. Shes also in massive credit card debt....surprise.

Very good quote. I feel bad @ times. People think Im made of money for some reason b/c i have a good job and manage to support my family. But I dont have extra $$ to just throw into random places.

Also, my functional relatives who would be willing to help out are few and far between.

Since Anima didn't mention drug use on her part--only a Caribbean vacay, you may be onto something.

Of course you don't...you're spending what you have to support your family. Like I mentioned in my post: We all make the choise to spend your cash on housing, food, utilities, debt payments and other needs before or after the toys, pricey clothes and extended vacays. We see what the cousin in the OP choose. BTW, I've never heard of a car repo over $300 or $150--considerably more, maybe. The payments on my wife's Highlander are over $500/month. That loan gift request does not pass my smell test.
I have CW's who can't conceive of bringing lunches--or cooking for that matter, clothes shopping only at outlet malls (with coupons, no less--get yourself on their e-mail lists), or using coupons (especially when the product is on sale). Needless, to say guess who is complaining about being broke all the time?
