I think the postie must have been full of christmas spirit with that one as he didn't put the obligatory "you will pay this fee" card through along side it!

I received a card from 42_42_42 today. Being a Sunday, I'm guessing it came by way of a neighbor who received it in error. I've been getting a lot of misdirected mail lately.

That makes 23 cards so far. Only 35 to go.

Sorry I haven't been updating, it has been a crazy busy couple of weeks, I'll try to post my tallies either after work tonight or tomorrow.

Same here >_< Work has been causing an inordinate amount of stress -- I'll be so glad when the boss and his second in command/GF leave town for the entire week after XMAS...My blood pressure drops fifteen points when they're not in the office (I have a BP meter and I can prove it!)

I'm a little late in getting mine out folks, but I have good reason. I'm dropping off the cards at a special drop point so you all should get a special stamp cancelation on it. I just had to wait for a day off to take them to that office. So sorry for the delays in mine. And yes I know it's ironic that the mail lady is running late with hers.

Love all the cards I've been getting, will do tallies tonight if I'm awake long enough. Been having really long days.

Put the international cards in the mail this morning. The rest are all addressed, I just need to sign the cards and put stamps and return address labels and snowflake seals on 'em.

I got cards from morgana, technical.angel and Lurking Sockpuppet today. I have reached the halfway mark, 29 cards.

I forgot to tally the card from Treasure earlier, so I got to update the tallies by four cards today.

I know people are busy and life is hectic, but just a reminder that people need to tally.

I'm concerned because I sent close to $70 on postage to mail 58 cards, and I only show 30 of those received so far.

If close to 30 people still haven't tallied, that throws the stats off pretty bad, but if they have gone astray at some point, I would really like to know.

Please try to take the time to get the cards tallied. I have to say, it's a much easier job to tally as they come in than to play catchup.

There's a spot where everybody can post their tallies, and it provides numbers JuniorMintz can look at later.

Using this, it is possible to see who did and did not send out their cards, and determine restrictions on next year's list based on that turnout. Since most people will post who they got cards from there, it really is quite obvious who failed to send out cards.

Last year, we had two people who sent out none. That's part of the reason for that system, so it can be tracked much more easily.

Please, do tally up there. It helps.
