Cat's weekend!

Saturday the bf and I went to see Trans Siberian Orchestra.....awesome!!! The lead violinist was amazing....dancing and prancing whilst playing. Oh, and before that.....I finished almost ALL of my Christmas shopping!! The family are getting DVDs....and they better like 'em, lol. (as far as I know...they never used anything I every get them,,,,so I figure at the very least they can pop this on when they are snowed in)

Then, Sunday, decided to take advantage of EMS's weekend sale....and snagged a cool hat and jacket for me, and a light rain jacket for the bf.....total to enough to earn a Gear Bucks Card!* But then, I got the post-purhase freak out....I don't need this, I want it, I can afford it, but the cats vets bills!!! BLARG. Guess I didn't kill SAD.....anyway....I think I am keeping it....and the bf and I decided to just exchange boots for Christmas



*I should have read the fine print....if I could have found it the Gear Buck card is only good this week....grrr.....guess I should but those boots now!

If you ever get a chance, see them. Not only are they great....their fan section was fun to watch!

I'll be saving up for one of their concerts as soon as Hubby and I get our own place. It's one of my dreams to go see them.

a friend gave me 2 tickets for a VERY early christmas present a few years ago....they were INCREDIBLE! lights got to be a bit much though.

I agree on the lights.....it was a nice touch, but got to be a bit much. And wasn't needed....they were awesome without it!

I tried to go to a concert with a light show earlier this year, but my eyes got tired and gave out about halfway through. Of course, after I get them checked, I bet I would be fine.
I'm seriously setting up a bank to save money for concert tickets now though.

I am soooooo jealous.

I've been wanting to catch them in concert for something like 5 years, now, but the timing has just been completely awful. This year, for example, I'm buying a car.
