I have the viral version, as it turns out. Hit me yesterday really hard. Basically, I went to bed Wednesday night, and mostly didn't get out of it until Friday afternoon. The major exception being, of course, the trip to the emergency room to find out that's what I had.

Oh, and the virus seems to have made its favorite home my gastrointestinal tract. Without going into detail, suffice to say that I was getting it from both ends yesterday. Very harsh.

Today, after I finally got out of bed, I've been up for about 10 hours now. It feels good. I still have my "ready to fall down and go to sleep" moments, but they seem to have been minimal since then. Of course, if I don't go to sleep soon, I think my body will make me.

So, off to sleep. Will see you guys soon.
