I have AT&T and on Black Friday till about after Cyber Monday they're running these insane deals on smart phones. I'm under a family plan with MIL and SO. I can upgrade right now and so can SO. MIL can't until next year. I saw that the phone I want is under the Cyber Monday deal. We all know that most of the insane deals are to entice new customers, so just to get a bit more info on the deal if I can get in on it I've called 611 on my cellphone to speak with an agent about it last week. She didn't know anything about those deals online. Okay understandable. So today I went through the web chat today with a Sales agent and that sales agent didn't know anything about the deal either. Your company has a promo going on and nobody knows anything about it?!! That's just ridiculous. It would be nice if I can get my coveted Android Motorola Flipout phone for a cent but even better is if I can get more info on if I qualify to snag the deal!!! ***FTR No suckiness ensued***
