So, Steam is having a Steam Treasure Hunt through the 20th for all sorts of goodies and chances at more goodies, and since I'm on Steam, I'm working to get "entries" for trying to win goodies.

One of the requirements that was revealed today was to have 10 friends on your friends list. I, alas, have only half that amount.

However, it did push me into no longer procrastinating about posting a thread to share Steam IDs.

I'm on Steam as well. Been there since '05.

I play (multiplayer-wise):
- Team Fortress 2
- L4D and L4D2 but I haven't played in a long time.
- Dawn of War 2
- Starcraft 2 (non-steam)

I have four of those objectives done so far, I only go after the freebie ones that don't involve buying any games even though it's hard to beat those prices right now. Even though it's unlikely I'll win any drawings, I still have my wishlist prepared! (Witcher 2 at the top!)

I think I'm GaarDNous. I got steam when they were giving away Portal, and I haven't used it much. Just went to check my profile, and discovered I never got around setting up my user profile. I keep meaning to do more, but I mostly play on the console, since that's what I can rent games for.

I'll probably add y'all when I get home, can't do it on the school computers.

I'm Ogredjinn on steam, the same as on XBox Live, or most other non-MMO's I play, as well. I don't usually keep up on any regular basis, but I'll check in a few times over the next couple of days. Its an easy enough way to help folks out, and maybe see a few folks online.

Actually its more like they're nickel and diming us to death. Only RUSE and New Vegas have been expensive purchases so far and Teletubby Space Garden Adventure, er, Undergarden, you need only play the demo of to get the entry.

Chime was worth the $2, as it was approximately $2 worth of entertainment.

But I <3 steam so much. Steam Calculator puts me at $807.38 USD. >.>

Steam's got kind of a funky and not quite intuitive community setup.

The best way to add people is to get their ID, and use the Add a Friend feature.
