I hate the company I work for..they are heartless

So I really hate the company I work for, but after what I just heard I REALLY hate them. So one of the handicapped women that work here came in. She does a really good job getting trash and delivering food to the kitchen and such. Well she came in all upset in tears and told me the following.

My boss told her job coach that she needs to find another job cause..... my boss dont like her. What the blood fucking hell. How heartless, she only works 3-4 hours a day.

It has been my experience that there are 3 sides to every story: what he said, what she said, and what really happened. If he truly said "I don't like you" as the reason, your co-worker may have options as far as the ADA goes, if you are in the US. I, of course, am assuming your coworker is at least somewhat disabled due to the mention of a job coach, but I could be wrong.

If that's really how it happened, that is evil. I would be job hunting.

That what I told her. She can go anywhere and get a part time job

No, I meant I would be looking for another job for ME. I would never quit my job without having another if I could help it, but I would not be able to work for any company like that.

Unless you're an at-will state, I believe that in this case, it would qualify as something worth checking out with the ADA.
