Ok so I have to ask, what do you guys n' gals think of the lady who walked into a fountain in a mall while texting and is now trying to sue said mall? Please tell me I am not the only one who thinks she is a Looney.

Depends on how the fountain was set up I guess. I've seen a fountain before where it had no sign of it, no display, and you walk through it and suddenly water sprays from the ground and hits you. Assuming it was like that, they're not often clearly marked, and it does come out of nowhere. I can see it hitting her phone because she's walking minding her own business when this jet of water slamms into her phone causing it to break.
