And, I told no fewer than four managers that I hurt my back in the parking lot and none of them offered to take a report. So if I don't go to work tomorrow (and I'm the only one in my dept scheduled with a backroom inspection scheduled) it's their tough luck...

I suggest going to a dr and filling workers comp NOW. You fell on company property so it counts.
Well, I did file a report the next day. The RAA was PISSED that I told four managers and still had to wait to file the report, so she sent out a rather scathing email. Hoping I won't catch backlash because of that.
She also said that I had to seek medical the day she got the report (which was Wednesday I think) if I was going to. I'm not sure why. I didn't hurt at that point, but if I end up having some sort of complication I wanted it to be on record.
Back on topic... The roads are clear today but the wind is getting nasty. And it's snowing again. Stop sending this to me!!
