Hi Cat! *waves like a dork*
Enjoying the snow too? Don't forget you need to bring the Cheshire cat with you up the mountain.

. So there will be times it's just best I don't go out since it's never good that you stop your walk because you are crying cause your hands hurt so much. Knowing how stubborn I can be, I'd still make myself go out if I had a bigger goal to meet. I fully intend to go farther then 5 miles a week, then once I'm doing more miles a day I will push it up to 10 miles.

kidding me?
Unfortunately, that tends to lead to a full-fledged eating disorder, and I'd really rather not have that again...particularly as it's almost certainly what led to my gastroparesis.
My bf worked on me for months and months to get me to eat enough, and unfortunately...we didn't focus so much on nutrition. Now, we probably really couldn't, since it was bad enough just making myself eat SOMETHING. But still.
[Note to self: find better place than purse for next one...at least making sure it won't get triggered off. Also, never let your sister borrow an inhaler again. You will never see it.] So I can basically...walk.
. Then the woman tried take a swing at Lucy right as two cops came around the corner on their bikes. (yay for the trail patrol!) Since the trail was full I had about 6 witnesses saying her kid attacked my dog, and Lucy did nothing but run away. It took a half an hour to deal with but she was escorted one way and another officer walked Lucy and I back to the jeep. I was PISSED, this set back Lucy I think, she was getting so much better with strangers and not being afraid of children. The cop was wondering if he was going to have to carry her for me because at first she was too afraid to move. She just curled up tight in a ball and shivered behind me until I sat on the ground and held her while they dealt with the woman. She was much better when I got her home, but I'm avoiding the trail on the weekend too many people and I don't want to run into this nut case again. I believe the woman got ticketed for something, to be perfectly honest I was too upset and shocked to remember for what. The officers were not happy with her, I could hear the officer with her and her child lecturing them as he walked them down the trail back to her car. The other one wasn't happy either and kept trying to pet Lucy to get her to calm down. She is a pitiful dog when she is scared both officers said she had a look that just said she was convinced she was going to die until I sat down to hold her then she just hid her head under my arm.
OMG. I am so sorry for poor Lucy
She's such a sweet looking thing, too.
