I go to school all day, three days a week, and since 1. I don't have any money and,2. it's heathier, I've been packing my lunches.
I am officially out of ideas. So I'm turning to the good people of CS for help.
I'm sick of sandwiches, and salads take up too much room in my bag, but other than that I'm open to just about anything. I have access to a microwave, so I can heat it up, but I only have about 20 minutes to eat, so it can't be anything too....fiddly.
Actually, I'm open to interesting sandwich and salad ideas too. If it sounds good enough I'll figure out a way to wedge it in there.

You can pair it with some whole wheat crackers to fill you up some. Another fun and interesting dish is...I forgot the name, but it's basically a chickpea patty which is then fried. It's not healthy, but it heats up well and it's omnomnom good. I think it's called Fallafa? Something similar to that.
Spinach and feta make a lovely combo...or you could make a three cheese and bacon muffin. Similar concept as scones, except these rise a little more and keep a little better.
