The other one knowing, through her constant whining and moaning about her injuries/disabilities (not all of which I believe are genuine), that every day she's going to be in some amount of physical pain.

Do you know her cell number? Craigslist Personals is just waiting (of course do it somewhere with a throw-away email address and from a public computer like in a library where you can't be traced)

Plenty of jobs down here. Some of them are even open. Many of them are for bouncers, which I believe is similar to what you call a "guard gargoyle." Though I may be misinterpreting your comments.

1) I take care of my folks financially. I don't HAVE to, but my parents will not be living on the street.

That's....a really good idea.

Problem is, I know what would happen. She would bitch and moan and call the cops, and the cops would tell me I have to allow her access to the place. It would only exacerbate the situation, I'm afraid.

Tonight she's playing nice, and when I showed the room to a potential roomie, was polite and even friendly. It's an act, and I know she's still a manipulative diva bitch, but it's good to know she's not going to try to completely fuck me over with future potential roomies.

Can't wait to see what she says when I hit her with the utility bill. I am debating with myself whether I think she'll pay it or not.

Either way, it wouldn't surprise me.

Not that I would care about her seeing my diatribes against her, but I absolutely would not post my possible plans against her in a place I knew she knew about.

She is not stupid, though she has a far higher opinion of herself than is reallyl warranted.

And she is stubborn, so I give her four to six months.

You are taking this much calmer than I would if I were in your place.

Funny, my friends don't think I'm calm. Especially considering the repeated comments of "if it wouldn't land me in jail, her head would be floating in the ocean right now."

I'd be beyond livid and tossing her shit out on the street the second she told me what was leaving, had a place, and put a deposit down.

Tempting. Not legal. I had a nice discussion with a cop. Also, the potential for retaliation is high, especially while she still has keys for the place. I pick my battles.

I'm also enough of a bitch that I'd be finding out where she is moving to and giving her new landlord a heads up about the shit she just pulled.

Trust me, as soon as I figure out how to find out that information, I am all over it.

And of course there is the whole word of mouth thing - I'd be bitching loud and clear to everybody about the bullshit she's pulling.

And probably posting notices in some very well-visited areas, not to mention places like Craigslist and so on.

It's not always perfect, but it does have its up side. I've lived with Mr. Anti-Social for almost ten years without too many problems, and none of them were serious.

Ah, but you're not me. I'm me. And there is one thing about me you seem to have missed. And that is that I am one mean vindictive bastard when wronged. And I feel about as wronged as I've ever felt.

I appreciate your counsel, don't get me wrong. And I thank you for it. And honestly, I don't have to do much more than talk to my friends about this bullshit, and word will get out. That being said, if I do do more than that, it is because I choose to, and because I will make it my personal mission to make this woman's stay on this island miserable...and preferably very short. And I've said it before: you don't fuck with Jester. Bad things happen to people who fuck with Jester. People who have fucked with me in the past have regretted it. And she's about to learn that, too. In spades.
